GSIM is powered by the superfast TPG Telecom 5G and 4G network. Constant investment into infrastructure means that the network has 5G speeds up to a whopping 240 Mbps.
Network Guarantee
We have full confidence in the quality of our network coverage, which is why we offer a guarantee. If you're a new customer enrolling in an eligible plan and find our network coverage unsatisfactory within the initial 30 days, you have the option to switch. We'll refund any monthly plan fees you've paid. You'll only have to pay for services not included in your plan, up to the finalization of your cancellation.
